Customer is one of world’s largest automotive OEM based out of Detroit, Michigan, USA. They manufacture state of the art trucks and SUVs and deliver 1.5 million units per annum. With 65 manufacturing plants across the world, it employs 175,000 team members and follows a high maturity partnership model with both niche and strategic vendor partners.
The awarded contract is for an application modernization initiative that is core to the transformation journey of the customer. This will help its business needs better by enabling them to focus on the next-generation IT systems for servicing their commercial vehicles business across the world. The customer was looking for a partner who can demonstrate established capability in the automotive domain who can quickly ramp up to the transformation needs, as well as help them meet the business expectations through disciplined and timely delivery processes.
