Our customer, based in Alexandria, Virginia, is a non-profit organization that works with almost 1,200 offices throughout the country in a coalition of charitable organizations to pool efforts in fundraising and support. They are the largest non-profit organization by donations from the public, prior to 2016.

The local chapter of our customer is based out of Detroit, Michigan. Their mission is to mobilize the caring power of Detroit and South-eastern Michigan to improve communities and individual lives, in measurable and lasting ways. They works with public, private and non-profit partners to help families become stable and ensure children have the support they need to thrive.

With the goal of streamlining business processes and technology as well as transform into a data driven organization, the customer requested STG to enable them to achieve their goal. The contract is for STG to provide the following services towards enabling the customer to digitally transform their IT and Business functions to help serve their customers in a better, faster and efficient manner.
