Technical positions eligible for our referral program include the following:
IT/Engineer Openings (work in Troy, MI & various locs throughout U.S.) using 1 or more following skills: Java, Python, Simulink, Oracle, SharePoint, SoapUI, SQL, Azure, Team Center, CAD.
Software Developers, Systems Software to research, design, develop & test software.
(#SD1) Requires Master plus 3 years relevant experience or Bachelor plus 5 years progressive experience. Required experience must include 3 years using 1 or more listed skills.
(#SD2) Requires Masters plus 12 months relevant experience. Required experience must include 12 months using 1 or more listed skills.
(#SD3) Requires Bachelor plus 12 months relevant experience. Required experience must include 12 months using 1 or more listed skills.
Database Administrator to coordinate changes & test/implement databases.
(#DBA1) Requires Masters plus 3 years relevant experience or Bachelor plus 5 years progressive experience. Required experience must include 3 years using 1 or more listed skills.
(#DBA2) Requires Masters plus 12 months relevant experience. Required experience must include 12 months using 1 or more listed skills.
Industrial Engineers to design, develop, test & evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes.
(#INEGR) Requires Masters plus 12 months relevant experience. Required experience must include 12 months using 1 or more listed skills.
Mechanical Engineers to coordinate & organize the release for both new product design & existing product changes in design management systems.
(#MEEGR) Requires Master plus 12 months relevant experience. Required experience must include 12 months using 1 or more listed skills.
Electrical Engineers to research, design, develop test & implement automated vehicle scheduling systems for assembly plants.
(#ELEGR) Requires Master plus 3 years relevant experience or Bachelor plus 5 years progressive experience. Required experience must include 3 years using 1 or more listed skills.
Quality/Reliability Engineers to determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
(#QREGR) Requires Bachelor plus 12 months relevant experience. Required experience must include 12 months using 1 or more listed skills.

All System Technology Group, Inc. employees, other than those working in key managerial roles, are eligible to participate in the program. In order for the bonus to be paid, the applicant must indicate the name of the referring employee on the employee application when it is submitted. Bonus to be paid for a full-time position is $1,000.
