I am lucky and blessed to lead 2,500+ colleagues and team members whose professional mission is to help our clients Innovate, transform and realize their business strategies. We at STG feel fortunate to be trusted by our clients for their digital transformation needs.
Culture is the single most important factor that supports every business decision. I believe in empowering our teams to make the right decisions for our clients and to ensure they align with our culture and values as an organization.
With culture and empowerment as the basis, we continue to measure and deliver results.
In addition to leading this organization, one of my passions include being a life-long learner. I consider myself to be a disciple of both Warren Buffet and Charlie Munger. I came across an interview with Charlie Munger, where he quoted the following about being a Learning Machine:
“I constantly see people rise in life who are not the smartest, sometimes not even the most diligent, but they are learning machines. They go to bed every night a little wiser than they were when they got up and boy does that help, particularly when you have a long run ahead of you. Develop into a lifelong self-learner through voracious reading; cultivate curiosity and strive to become a little wiser every day. Go to bed smarter than when you woke up.”
This quote illustrates how I live my life. I believe in leading this organization and mentoring our team members to pursue a path of lifelong learning for our clients and their journeys with STG. In that realm, I am fortunate to be an alumnus of the Harvard Business School at Harvard University and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
In addition, I am passionate about our local communities and serve on the Board of Directors to United Way for SE Michigan, Detroit Children’s Fund, & Young Presidents Organization. Additionally, I have served to the 2021 and 2020 CEO Advisory Council for the Detroit Chamber of Commerce Mackinac Policy Conference, and past Advisory Board to the Michigan Council of Women & Technology.
